The content for this deliverable needed to be useful and informative, rather than a sales pitch. The industry report allowed us to reach potential new clients by providing something that not only highlighted our expertise but was also useful and informative. We placed a qr code in the printed versions to link a digital version that could be shared. The report covered a market summary for the mobile app industry, design and development trends, project management, and software development.
We found providing a physical document showcasing our expertise was more successful compared to cold calls or emails. We were able to gain a higher level of inquiries and projects, as well as, establishing a template for future documents.
